For me, I've wondered how our trapezius muscle correlates with our strength or position in how brass players hold their horn up.
I’ve been looking to getting into higher level calisthenics (muscle ups, better at pulls ups, planks, front levels,etc…) how can I work up to these things as a part of my dci prep? Thanks
